Do You Like It?

Do you like this sig I made? I don't have photoshop either, just PhotoImpact. It's some programme that lets you alter a photo/picture, or you can create something of your own and alter it and add stuff, so it's not that bad, and it was free and already on my comp. Guess I can't complain. So what do you think of it?
I switch between sigs a lot and I'm gonna be using this one and one made by jackAtack.

Hey man, if I were you, I'd download GIMP.
It's like photoshop, but free, and in my opinion, better.

I already have Gimp, I downloaded it not so long ago, except I really don't know how to use it properly :(
